Terms of the beta

Cooper&Wright is built by Z19R. These are the terms you use it on while it is in beta. Last updated 15 October 2026.

The beta

It is free while the beta runs, with no card: Sentry fixes, PR failure monitoring and Dependabot auto-merge, on as many repositories as you connect. The planned tiers on the home page are what it becomes. Beta testers will hear from us before anything changes, and nothing is charged without you choosing a plan.

Your code

Your code stays yours, and so do the fixes Cooper&Wright writes into your repositories. It acts only through the permissions you grant the GitHub App and the Sentry integration, and you can take them back at any time by uninstalling either. The privacy page says what it reads and keeps.

Your merge

A fix is a pull request for you to review. Nothing merges without you, except where you turned auto-merge on for a repository. What you merge is yours to check: during the beta the service is provided as it is, and a fix can be wrong.

Fair use

Use it on repositories you are allowed to change. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service or the services it runs on.

Changes

When these terms change, this page changes with a new date, and beta testers are told by email before a change that affects them. Questions go to [email protected].
